GE Softwhite 8' light fixture.

I found a guy that has some GE 8' fixtures that hold 4, 4' bulbs. The fixture has a tag on it that says it will accept either a T8 or T12 bulbs. Is this a good light fixture for my garage. They are new and he wants $20 each. I think that is a good price compared to a similar fixture at Lowe's and HD for $39 each. He said they have a electronic balast also. What do you guys know about these lights?

Well I bought some of the lights last night. They seem like a decent light with a nive heavy ballast. Over the phone the guy failed to mention that they were all slightly bent in the middle (freight damage). But I did manage to get 6 of them for $80. All I have to do is straigten the sides up a bit and they are good to go.
