Well this little shop has been a long time coming. What started out being just a small enclosed carport to store my Skeeter bass boat has went to a 24X30 pole barn shop (would have been bigger but my lovely wife didn’t agree with me)! Looked around central Oklahoma for kits or complete build. I went with some guys that guaranteed completion in TWO days. It helps to know some of the crew as well. They rolled in at 7 AM and by noon, were having a cold beer with me with the building complete! I watched the entire build and they did it right. Concrete was poured and finished the next day. More pictures of the interior to follow. By the way the cost for this was $8100

Good space and a great price. What are your plans for the interior?

I'm going with a 30' (maybe up to 36') long x 20' wide timber garage (20' is as wide as I can go) so very similar shape/size to yours. My garage will be about £5k erected but the concrete base and 'stem' walls will be extra.

Here are the pictures of the interior thus far. This has been a Craigslist experiment! Got the 7/16 OSB for $3 a sheet and all the electrical outlets and breaker box for $100. The plan is to epoxy the floor and paint the walls 3’ up gray with a red stripe and the rest white. However after looking at some of the other shops on here I may have to come up with a different scheme. Seems like everyone likes that color combination, any suggestions? I have most of the OSB installed and the work bench built. There will be a cabinet that my Grandfather built in the 50's at the end of the bench.
