Finally starting on the workshop. It's been a long time coming.

It's 36x50 and 12 foot walls so I can put in a lift eventually. The 12' walls are way up there, if I had it to do over, I might consider an 8' wall and put the lift outside.

One of the sole plates twisted real bad and I hate to have to go back to Lowes and get another.

It's looking good. Sole plate doesn't look too bad, get it nailed in and the weight of the building will hold it straight. If nails won't hold it use long deck screws.
