Gearless ratcheting screwdrivers - Matco/Armstrong OEM?

I recall a thread talking about the OEM for Matco gearless ratcheting screwdrivers. I cannot find it.

So, does anyone remember which company makes them? I know they're rebranded for Armstrong as well as Matco.
