Good deal and I have two GW Vortex sets, but I think I'm going to pass. The whole point of the Vortex sockets is the pass-thru... regular bits like this it makes much more sense to buy a regular 3/8" square drive, especially since the vortex sets come with a square drive adapter. Or a 3/8 square to 1/4 hex driver, and just use regular bits... :)

I don't have this exact set, but I do have some vortex bit sockets, and they all have a standard 3/8" square drive end as well as the vortex outer indentations. These should too.

When I picked up my Gearwrench set on 12/30 from my local Sears, the set was made in Taiwan not in China.

This set is still available for $44.96 on Sears.com. If selecting the "free pickup at any Sears store" option, it will arrive now between 4 to 6 days (instead of 5 to 7 days around the holidays).
