Finall a Pass Thru Socket set at a decent price Cman has been doing like $10 off which is no bite to me since this is not a necessity.

I am willing to bite at this price if someone can chime in on the quality since this will be used in a Professional atmosphere.

Read reviews 1/3 of this is useless, going to pass.

There's a trick to that set. It's only 17 Vortex (pass through) sockets, the rest are all regular sockets.

The 49-piece for $44.99 actually has ALL Vortex sockets, two Vortex ratchets, etc.

Do note that the 49-piece set does not have the flex ratchet though, the "75-piece" does.

He's right get the 49pc set its a awesome set and I use it more then I thought I would.

These sets occasionally go on sale for half price. Perhaps once or twice a year.

I bought one of each a few years ago, plus one for a friend. If you already have regular sockets, the 49pc set is the most useful. The only advantage of the 75pc set, besides the flex driver, is the excellent small screwdriver set. It's a bit of an odd combination because small electronics rarely needs a pass-through 5/8" socket.

Haha, I also removed the mini-ratcheting screwdriver set for electronics work.

I didn't read carefully, and only discovered all the regular sockets after the set was delivered to me. I bought a 25pc 1/4" set to complete the Vortex sockets set.
