Anybody have good luck with these? I lost one of my cman pro flare nut wrenches. Was thinking about replacing them with the gearwrench. It's either gearwrench or snap on. Figured if the GW aren't bad I'd try em first
I have the Gearwrench flarenut wrench sets. Although I have not used them in a professional enviorment yet, I just fully disassembled a 1973 Chevy Malibu, using those wrenches where applicable. I bought them from Tooltopia, buy the metric set, get the SAE free. I am very please with them..... VERY PLEASED. I have not spread one, and the finish is excellent (as with ALL Gearwrench products). I do remember that the sets I received were made in China, but are surprisingly supremely good quality (so cheers to Gearwrench for maintaining this while ,ovine manufacturing).
Basically, if you get them, you won't be disappointed. They even come in some NICE blow molded cases (which I use to store them in my box.
