I bought these as well, but I just couldn't recall a time I ever needed them.
Maybe on certain Auto's or other industries :dunno: ?

I sold my other standard gearwrench ratcheting combo wrenches to pay for these..figured the only reason you have ratcheting wrenches is for the ratcheting end.

I have used a few of them on the front of transverse-mounted engines (Volvo 850 and Toyota Camry V6). Long enough to reach down low - the "piston-action" from the index is actually pretty useful for that kind of work as well. Beats trying to reach down (or up I guess if you have a lift) with a shorter wrench.

Who knows?
They sure look nice. Could've used them taking out my transfercase a while back.
I'm assuming they don't have them in SAE? Great price too! Wish I could get them, maybe next Christmas.

I have them and have used them a few times now and they were a great addition to my tool box.

What were you doing on the 850? I've done quite a bit on mine (just finished swapping the trans) and never needed a gimmick like these things.

It's too bad they are double box flex wrenches. I'd buy them then.
