Didn't notice, but I have one of the Armstrong Maxx locking flex head and really love it. I'm sure Gearwrench's (another from Apex tool group) will be really nice too.

Anyone noticed they came out with gearwrench 84 tooth locking flex ratchets?

Why yes I did.:D

I like mine. Basically a Taiwan made version of the MATCO/Armstrong ratchets. The gearwrench versions use a two sided switch though, you can lock/unlock the ratchet head from underneath.

Did you notice that Gearwrench even came out with a 24 inch long locking 1/2 drive flex head 84 tooth ratchet?

I have been keeping my eye on that 24". Always wondered why Armstrong doesn't make a 24" locking flex.

I got the 120 tooth variety...

In "Non-lockable" form...

Because...

I'm very old...

And...

Move in a smaller arc...

And...

Work at a very slow pace...;)

So...

I didn't need to lock anything...

(And...at under $ 100.00 I couldn't turn them down...)
