How are people liking these sockets after using them a while? Still on my short list, but debating these vs. the Sunex set. I just can see a need to put mid-depth on my impact though, so I'd almost rather have the thinner chromes.

I got the 3/8" set a while back and while I haven't worked them into my routine yet (I still have trained myself to just grab my standard short/deep sockets) I've had a few cases where I needed the mid range to get to a fastener that I couldn't get to otherwise and they've been a lifesaver for that.

Definitely worth the $30-40 or whatever I paid.

I've been debating about picking up a second set to keep in the car for a road side emergency set since it should cover most bases for a road side quick fix.

At some point I'll pick up the 1/4 size too.

Just FYI there is a company called G2S equipment that has the 3/8 metric set in their flyer for 59ish and they come with the 1/4 metric set for free. I am not affiliated with them in any way.
