Thanks for clearing that up Steve. Either way I'm still going to buy GW stuff lol.


joshboogie, awesome close up pics! What camera are you using? Really clear close ups!

It's a Casio EX-S600 6 megapixel. I've had it for about 3 years now. I just use the macro setting and that's about it.

Josh, why don't you give my website, or www.toptul.com a look. The only reason I say this is that myself and my customers have been very happy with the quality and I have priced the tools in such a way that I can't imagine me not being competitive as far a price level. That is all. Didn't want to bother you either...just thought I would mention it.

Problem is that Toptul has few if any warranty/customer service facilities... whereas GearWrench can be warrantied at places like Sears, Napa, Lowes, etc...

Yep, you are right for now. When the inventory grows for another year, I should be able to UPS just any tool to a person for warranty by request. I have no problem replacing any tool for any reason though. It is too easy to try to keep someone happy.
