this seems to be the line of tools that they sell in hardware/auto parts stores, but they do come with a lifetime (limited) warranty. all told, i am pretty happy, got a pretty good selection of sockets and ratchets for about 50$. i will note that the catalog i got in the mail a few days ago listed the ½" sockets at 29.99, which seemed like a pretty good deal, but not enough to pull the trigger.
