Yes. Anywhere that sells them. Sears, Advance Auto Parts, etc...

Or mail them in.

I just swapped a broken 3/4" flex gearwrench at Sears. From what I understand, if they stock it in store, they'll exchange it.

If it's not something that's carried as open stock at sears, napa, advance, call the customer service number listed on the www.gearwrench.com warranty page, they may mail you one or have you go to Fastenal if you're unlucky.

I swapped a 13mm ratcheting wrench at Advance, but the counter guy had no idea they swapped them out. He had to ask one of the other guys, and they swapped it right out.

Fastenal and Napa where I'm at. (Believe it or not There's one really good and one pretty good Fastenal in existance, up here anyway)

I just had a 17mm flex combo wrench warrantied through Fastenal with no problem.

Fastenal or ACE, but if you go to ACE they say ACE on the opposite side of Gearwrench.

After the absolute ******* nightmare I had getting a ratchet replaced at Fastenal I stopped buying GW.

Any Matco tool dealer will replace gearwrench tools covered under the warranty since Matco and Gearwrench are owned by the same company,Danaher.
