I don't have too many GW sockets but the ones that I do have, I have been very pleased with. As far as the wrenches and the ratchets, they have been very strong and reliable. Good Fit, Good Finish, Good Price.

i bought my first set of snap on tools in 1985 (i should say my dad bought them for me) i can still get them warranted after almost 30 years. snap on has been around since 1920. how long is gear wrench gonna be around to warranty your tools?

Maybe you should be gratefull there wern't lots of people like you around in 1921 or
there would be no Snap On for you to buy today, if they worried about the company
still being around to warranty broken tools.

My 3/8" shallow SAE socket set is Gearwrench, and they've been great. They fit right in with my Williams USA (Snap-On) socket sets. All of my flex head ratchets are GW as well, and have given me no issues at all wrenching on trucks and trailers.

Just got these. Doubt they'll ever break. Snap on 10-20 impacts proto 10-32 chrome 1/2" and proto 6-19 3/8

Oops wrong thread haha
