General Hardware bench grinder

Just finished this bench grinder found in my wife’s grandfather’s barn. I am guessing it’s from the 60’s. Did some wiring, but not much. The Ford tractor blue is a little bright. I’m thinking of turning it into a buffer/polisher. I’m getting a decal like the old General Hardware label printed.
