General tap drill size question guide

There are 3 columns for the tap drill size guide. What does "Body Drill" vs Tap Drill" mean? I get the tap drill size but confused as to what the Body Drill term refers to.

Body drill is typically the approximate major diameter of the screw, i.e. the smallest size hole that the screw could pass though.

On a common screw dimension chart, you are looking at D, Body Diameter
