Generators that use a Yamaha motor

Ok, so I can't afford the generator that I want, which is a Yamaha capable of running 5KW. Anyone know of other brand generators that use a Yamaha motor? I want to stick with a portable generator, not the whole house backup etc. I'm assuming other brands use their motors just like some other mower companies use honda engines. Thx

The Home Depot generators with Yamaha motors are made in China motors. I just looked yesterday. Some they have with "Power Stroke" motors on them are China made also. They have some with Subaru motors that say Fuji Heavy Industries, but do not say where the motor is made.

I have the Husky 5000 watt with the Subaru EX-21. Very nice motor, starts easy and runs well. Its quieter and smoother than my neighbor's Briggs 5500 watt.

Sticky where are you located? I have a 6600 Yamaha generator That I paid over $3k for for a yamaha dealership and I want to sell it for $1400. Its in mint shape and rarely used.

My Ridgid came in and I took a few pics. I'm going to fill the oil and going to let it run for few days for testing

^^^I just bought this same Rigid last weekend. Already had it hooked up to the house to do some testing. It did great. I ran everything I wanted to, except the electric furnace. I did call Ridgid and request a venting gas cap, and it is on it's way!!
I have a GenerLink whole house plug in coming in next week. It goes in behind the electric meter, and you just plug generator into it. It has whole house surge protection as well.
