I got my three Genius Swivel head ratchets and I must say I am really impressed... They are just as fine and smooth as my snap on... The snap are 49 teeth I think and these are 72. If any one is interested in pictures I will take them apart and post the pictures... Let me know, they are held together but a hex head metric bolt which I think is better than the little ring that is a pain in the *** on the snap on models....

I got the stuff from a place called superiorpaneltechnology.... The prices weren't the best, but some were better and it all averaged out to be a good deal and shipping was fair... Here is a price list for what I paid... The t-handle was lot lower and off set the ratchets and shipping was one fee. I am working on pictures as we speak... If you had to buy everything from a different amazon vendor it would be a higher price overall..

Price: Status:
1 of : 1/2" Dr. 72 Teeth Rotor Reversible Ratchet
$30.47 Shipped
1 of : 1/4" Dr. 72 Teeth Rotor Reversible Ratchet
$19.83 Shipped
1 of : 3/8" Dr. 72 Teeth Rotor Reversible Ratchet
$25.98 Shipped
1 of : T-Handle Ratcheting Screwdriver, 22mm shank length
$13.18 Shipped

Pretty hard, like the black snap on in the first picture.

I was at HF tonight, and they had some of these out, in their Pittsburg brand. I actually would prefer them to the homeowner style Craftsman ratchets that I don't use (still have one set I believe).

I would almost agree copies... but they are all metal and maybe a little thicker metal also but I would have to check. the tops are metal unlike the two 3/8s I have where the dial is plastic but the 1/4 snap on is metal. I haven't used them yet but will try them out and see how they do. if I don't like them I was going to see if I could order a replacement snap on head for them hahahaha...

Thanks for posting the pics. They have the same type of pawl as a couple of different ratchets that I have. IIRC it looks similar to a Williams B-52A. Anyway, they are very strong but the direction selector mechanism is prone to breaking if it gets stuck and you force it.

Genius tools at top notch. Our customers really like them. From the perspective of an ex-mechanic and tool man, we hardly have a return. Any returns were promptly handle by Genius. Our heavy equipment customers really like their impact sockets and wrenches. Genius makes wrench up to 2-1/2. Great quality and price.

I have some 1/2 inch drive E torx and a deep set of pentacle bits they appeared to be good quality.
The site is selling Grey Pneumatic and OTC also.
