What do you guys know about them? Decent quality? I'm looking at a set of long double box, zero offset wrenches.

I also have some Genius impact sockets and they all seem to be of great quality.

There has been a lot of good reviews on here for them. Just for future notice do not buy their swivel impact sockets. They are junk and do not carry the lifetime warranty.

Decent tools. The only thing I would stay away from is impact swivels and universals as I believe they are not warrantied, or at least my tool dealer says they are not.

I have those wrenches you want to buy in Metric, they are excellent wrenches.
They need more sizes,

They used to offer a GJ discount. I at one point had a master price list from them with the discounted price for every part number. Anybody know if they still do?

I have a full set of the 1/2 metric sockets.
Can't complain about them. The chrome quality is not Snap-On quality, but it has held up. (I think I bought the set over 5 years ago)
The 3/8 ratchet is a little on the light side for me, but it works well.
I am pretty sure I posted pics of the sockets before.

COO is Taiwan

Made is taiwan, same tools as far as I can tell that are sold under half a dozen other brand names, Mountain, Sunnex, Toptul, even EZ Red has some I think. Good function, sometimes not best cosmetics, brands and dealers shift around so much I wonder about warranty longer term.

As stated above, they're made in Taiwan and pretty good quality. I've owned a handful of Genius tools and they were all good stuff.

I bought the long version of the box end sets Std and Metric for drive shaft bolts. Those wrenches are really long, perfect for the job. Decent quality too.

I have them in cman, they are worth owning at that price. I have used them way more than stubbies which I can make it thru life without somehow. I also have a few variations of off sets etc but a few in commn sizes, 1/2x9/16 etc. Its statistically rare I cant work around with a common combo wrench.

I just ordered the 4 wrench SAE set from Amazon for $45 plus shipping. ML Tools has the set for $42 but the shipping is higher than Amazon and they only take your payment thru Paypal.

Are they the ones making the double box 0 offset wrenches for Matco?

...actually nearly serious here. I actually like the look of the Matco 0 offsets a lot but I won't pay so much for a Matco tool not made in the USA.

Im a little late to the party here.

I just got the genius high performance 0 offset wrenches a little while ago. Theyre one of the few "new tools" I have. I love the wrenches, and they are now my go-to's if they are the right application...

BUT ... Im not convinced about their longevity. I might consider upgrading to Snap on or Mac becuase I love their leverage.

Attached are some pics of one of the 12mm box ends (left, from the 12-14 wrench) next to an un-used 12mm (right, from the 10-12 wrench), loosening both front and both rear caliper slider pin bolts from a Honda CRV. The edges of the box end have deformed slightly just after the first use ever. Maybe this normal for a completely new wrench? A lot of my used tools look (including SO) like this, but I thought it might have been after a while... FWIW, the 10mm box end looks similar after just a few uses.

Nevertheless, Im happy with my purchase for now.

The Matco zero degree wrenches are made by Gearwrench and their COO is Taiwan. A coworker bought the Matco and I bought the Gearwrench and the are exactly the same, they even weight the same grams, the only difference is the name stamped into them.

Good tools...but the quality changes from time to time...had an E-Torx set where one socket had no grove (that grove inside of the square to hold the ball pin), the swivel head ratched now slips over...

Also -as above mentioned- stay away of the swivel impacts...the catalouge says "Chrome Vanadium" instead of "Chrome-Molybdenum"...how ever...each brand has good and bad tools.
