The Story thus far:
The web is a funny creature it seems to not like the letter "c" in his last name and it keeps coming up with Frank.
Now for the guesswork:
He must be a very talented man because he is dishing out the patents one after another starting in 1940 and ending around 1966 or about that time period.
I am thinking maybe he is an engineer and working for the Imperial Brass Co. out of Chicago?
Age lets say he was born sometime before the first World War I (1914-1918) and lets say he died in the 1990's or early 2000's again give or take a few years of birth and death.
Update to this story: With many thanks to GJ member Ckadams00 who found all the missing parts to this story as follows. His real name is George E. Francekovic which became "Franck" , he was born on August 28, 1906 in Illinois.
in the 1910 census he was living on Fisk street in Chicago.
In 1920 he was living with his parents and three younger brothers on South Loomis St., Chicago.
In 1930 he was living with his new wife Marie on 22nd place in Cicero, IL. In 1929 George is a machinist in a factory.
By the 1940 census George and Marie are now living on Selbourne Rd in Riverside, IL. Either by error or chance his last name is spelled Frank. His listed occupation is Engineer and he has completed 4 years of college.
He died on April 28, 1973, in Park Ridge, IL. (this town is right next to Niles, IL. where Imperial Brass has there Headquarters).
This is what we know:
The Imperial Brass Co. got their start in 1905 in Chicago, Ill and they merged with Eastman Manufacturing Co. in 1961
His filing date was on July l, 1959 and he was granted his patent on April 3, 1962; for his flaring tool.
