Name is Mike.
New to Georgia from California.
In the process of building new shop on my property. as stated it is a 30x60x12 pole barn. Has the 3 10x10 roll up doors, just the one man door and 8 windows.
Plan is for a 4 post and 2 post lift
Floor is 6" thick with a section in the center 10x40 that was poured 12" thick for mounting of 2 post rack(s). 4000psi concrete. The concrete crew did screw up and cut control joints in the wrong place in the 10x40 section and working with them about a fix for that. one 2 post rack bolt will fall on the saw cut.
The plan as of now is to use Ghost Shield 8510 on the concrete.
Still waiting on Electric and water to be run to the shop.
I have 12 Hyperlite High bay lights to mount on the inside 4 rows of 3 is the planned lay out.
Will update with more pictures but these are as it sits today.1000002039.jpg1000002040.jpg

I'm in Harlem near Augusta. Where are you at?
I will be filling it with all the **** from my auto repair business I closed out in California. Hope there will be room for my truck and couple other projects, and some regular work.

Our primary residence is north east metro Atlanta (far north east). Near Road Atlanta and Braselton. We also spend significant time in the N.GA mountains and Coastal GA (St Simons). Basically - just travel the state on the back roads.

That truck looks great. Can't wait to read more about it and your other projects here.

Progress has been slow. I was out in California for 3 weeks
Been waiting on Electric and Water.
I did get the floor sealed.
I used Ghostshield products. I used the 4500 and 2 applications of the 8510.
Put the 4500 down last week and waited 5 days for the 8510 which was applied over 2 days.
I'm hope the electrician will be showing up this week sometime.
I will be finally able to unload my 2 U-Haul Uboxes and 26ft truck of stuff from my shop. hope to get a forklift later this week to unload stuff from the truck
First picture is after the 4500 and 1 coat of the 8510
Second Picture is after the 2nd coat of 8510.
I used a total of 10 gallons for the 2 coats of 8510.

Gutters were also installed while I was out of town.
