I'm giving my recommendation for Ash. His site is a breeze to navigate, his prices are super-competitive, and his communication is spot-on. Shipping is always super-quick and everything I've received has always been well-packaged.

I definitely plan on doing more business with him in the near future.

I made an order to Ash as I was mostly interested in the NWS products. Everything went really smooth with the transaction. The service was professional and quick, communication was also very good. Ash definitely earned a repeat customer. Shipping was also exceptional, all tools were wrapped in plastic then paper.

As for the NWS product, I love all the items that came. I cant wait to beat on them more at work and get some use out of them. They should be capable of earning their keep.

Ash: The black text on blue looks awesome.

And a question for you, will you be adding Felo stock/inventory to your website?

Thanks as always!

Yes, I actually have inventory right now just need to get the site updated.
If I don't have something in stock Felo's distributor stock mostly everything. There customer service is excellent, they ship fast and the warranty is great. What item are you looking for.

Thanks Ash

I got my pair I ordered this week. http://www.german-hand-tools.com/images/1096-69-200.jpg

Ash's service is fantastic, as it's been stated many times over. Ordered on a Friday morning, arrived by Monday afternoon. I live in NY, so coming from Cali, this fast!

I actually ordered this pair for my father, it'll be his Christmas present. He's a master tech with a few 72" boxes, so he's got pretty much every tool plus backups lol. I figured he didn't have a our of NWS pliers though :)
I've been wanting a pair for myself for a while now, but didn't feel like dropping 40 bucks on a pair.

Only thing is, I thought they'd feel more heavy duty. They feel a bit flimsy, but I wont be using them, so who knows. I'm not at all bashing, just my opinion from holding these in my hand. For that money for pliers, I'd wish they'd feel sturdier, and maybe a bit more weight. We'll see how they work out though :)

But as far as Ash and his website, it's great! Thank you Ash for your amazing service.

I'd go with one of those in the electrican version in a heartbeat over the Wiha Inomic pliers I recently purchased... same principle in terms of ergonomics, but I'd imagine they'd be night and day in terms of build. The wiha feels very flimsy, I'm not sure if I will keep it or sell it on...

Ash, is your stock all in the current colours, or do you have any of the older finishes on the handles?

Aside from Ash being the consummate golden throat, his tools beat all tool trucks hands down in quality and price. I did my own tests, and NWS is really superb. His customer service is otherworldly. I had the misfortune of having a mishap. Contacted Ash, had a response that day, and had the problem resolved in less time it takes Californians to get a learners permit. This guy is super legit. seriously. authenticated. bona-fide. I hear his wallet says "Bad Mother F'er," but thats just what i hear from the Knipex man. BTW, I no longer own Knipex, Snapon or MAC branded Knipex junk. Thanks to Ash and his many delicious pliers.

Ash, I'm not seeing the pistol grip type pliers on your site.

Are you out of stock or in a category I haven't found, or what?

Thanks,

lwlobo

I'm trying to give my wife some more last minute gift ideas...:)

Edit: Just realized there are multiple pages in the categories, nevermind!

Ash, somehow I missed the page numbers at first. Maybe think about moving them up to just below the last item, and/or replicating them at the top of the page?

I've added some stuff to my wishlist, maybe you'll see a semi-local order come in soon! If so, don't forget the promotion items and an entry in the raffle.

They are actually on the top and bottom of the page, maybe I will make them a bit bigger and do some relocating.
