German made B&D hammer drill

Picked it up today. It say electro-pneumatic VSR on the handle, and seems to be really smooth. Tag says Black and Decker Industrial Heavy Duty. Made in Germany. I drilled a test hole in a slab, and it was smooth as silk. Damn near as smooth as a Hilti. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

It's black, and labeled Black and Decker Industrial Heavy Duty. It came in a metal case, and looks to be at least 10yrs old or so.
