German Pliers. Who made them?

I recently came across these pliers. They are obviously older, I can see that they are German made, They feel like quality. Anyone know who made them?

Not sure the top part but the bottom says remscheid

There are a lot of tool manufacturers based in Remscheid, and more than one make pliers. There's also the chance a company changed trademarks or switched to manufacturing a different tool type or product.
