Sharing what I have found on 2 vendors:

KC Tool
They ONLY sell German tools (and have recently discontinued Wiha [for quality problems ?]).
They offer a Tool of the Day, which changes daily at midnight CDT. Excellent pricing on these!
They do require a $75 purchase to get free shipping.
Also, lots of other items on sale.

Haus of Tools
A lot of German, plus other quality brands.
They offer a Tool of the Week, which changes sometime Friday (I think).
Most items have free shipping.
This week's deal: 2 Knipex mini pliers. 9K 00 80 121 (86 03 125 and 86 03 180) for $83 with free shipping.

I have dealt with both of them and I am impressed.
I am in no way connected with either one of them. Just a very satisfied customer.

As usual, YMMV.

Press on, healthfully and prayerfully.

I'll just pile on here and say +1 on KC Tools. I have zero affiliation with them, but I've bought from them over the last several years and have always had great service and fast shipping. Not sure what caused the split between them and Wiha, but it seem's like that's just the way of the world these days.

Chadstoolbox.com has pretty good prices on German tools. Ordered from them many times with no problems

Thank you all!
Just landed on your web store. Id like to give you some feedback, love that you take your own higher res pics of what your selling so somebody can actually see what their looking at ( in lieu of the lazy *** way of using the OEs catalog pics that are usually near worthless ).

Also shows, at some point in time, you actually had shown tool in your possesion, and your likely not drop shipping every last item... which is usually the gate to online purchasing hell.

I've bought German tools from a variety of sources including Amazon, Amazon,de and KCTools. All delivered as promised. KC Tools website is fun if you like online window shopping. My needs are mostly met (ha ha) but I drool all over that website.

I've noticed more and more Wiha being manufactured in China or Vietnam lately. Is that the direction they're headed? I've opted for mostly Knipex for my plier/cutter needs as of late. Wiha has some nice looking insulated tools, but COO is a concern for me and I don't want cheap versions from an expensive brand.

Wiha seems to be the designated redheaded stepchild. I have a few odds and ends from them and have no complaints. I understand the concern about COO. I used to stand much firmer on that than I do today.

I am surprised that nobody has mentioned:

The owner is a member here and has given some great special pricing to Garagejournal members in the past. I think that I ordered some Felo screwdrivers from his during a Christmas promotion one year. Really nice guy.

I've also ordered from KC Tools and they are great as well.

If anyone wants to roll the dice on what may be some cheap German Lineman's Pliers or regular priced Taiwanese Lineman's, here you go: probably NWS rebrands but possibly mislabeled Taiwanese. Let us know if you buy them.

I'd buy them myself, but I already have Klein, Channellock and Knipex.

my 3 prior purchases from Amazon that I'm alerted to at the top of the page, were all German NWS rebrands. Actually picked a few up at Menards for $20 recently. The boxes had so much dust, definitely long lost warehouse find. Great pliers

I've never heard of them before, and usually go through KC Tools or Amzon.de, but I just placed an ordered after seeing your link.

I will say, however, that their website isn't very confidence inspiring...it's extremely dated looking, home page lists a lot of brands that they don't sell, videos are 10+ years old, prices seem too good to be true, and I haven't received an order confirmation.

Hopefully the order ships out as it should, and it's not a case of it being a long-forgotten business venture that simply was not taken down.

The guy who runs it is named Ash. Here’s a link to his profile:

Got mine today. Great deal. Thank you. Seems that there are several venders with one left in stock.
