Received another hat from Knipex today. This box had five stickers and a different CD.

cuh-knee pex. cuh (said very fast) knee (emphasized, as in your knee), pex (said like a second word). I know, weird, but that's how I heard it on one of their youtube videos. Go to this video at 3m 22sec

I have also heard it pronounced Kuh NIP ex, but the company's videos pronounce it the first way.

Got mine in the mail yesterday, sweet! The box contained a hat, about 5 stickers, and a product CD. I never got any type of confirmation when I sent the email either, so I had my doubts about receiving the stuff. Can't complain with FREE!
