Has anyone sent theirs in for a rebuild? Do they even offer that?
Mine's old & well used, it has some issues like broken rivets, spring, bent handle, & seepage around the ram. I fixed the rivet, replaced the spring, & straightened the handle, bleed the the fluid, but it still seems like the hydro piston moves a lot w/ little ram movement. I made the mistake of lending it to someone once & they tweaked it b/c their hand wasn't strong enough to flare some 3/8 tubing, so they used channel locks. The whole thing seems sloppy & worn. I wish mine looked like the one in the picture.

I believe repair kits are available to rebuild yourself. I want to say I saw them on tools delivered. As far as replacing/repairing hard parts. An email to mastercool may be in order. They might have a factory rebuild/swap option.
