I'm about to hit a full year in my new to me house. I'm having Garage floor coatings come out tomorrow morning to paint my garage floor properly. Any advice on what errors or goofs to look out for or things I should request of the crew? They are pros and this is all that they do. Comes with a 10 warranty. Full prep and 2 clear coats. I appreciate your input.

Posting before pics. in a minute

Getting Epoxy paint done in the Morning

That closet area in the back with the power box, We call the dungeon. It had that slat door on the left wall enclosing it. My girl and I planned to put the kids in there(when we have some) when they are being bad:evil:. The door takes up too much space and so I removed it. I'm hiring some one to do the epoxy coating. I don't have the time or resources to do it myself. This garage is a clean slate I'm working with. I'll be using it to do work on my cars, welding, woodworking. I'm into drifting and road racing:3gears:. I'm currently renting a 2 bay storage unit to work on my project so this will pay itself off when I move everything in. I'll be putting in plugs for a welder, air compressor, lighting power for tools also updating all of the electrical in the house one room at a time:shocking:. I'll also be updating that ancient power box to keep up with the load. It currently has a tank water heater and side by side washer/dryer in that nook. I Plan to get a tank-less water-heater, a stacked LG washer/dryer plus a metal sink to wash my hands in after a hard days wrenching.

I just got through 16 pages at 40 post each of NUTTSGT's amazing, inspiring garage refurb. I'm stunned and inspired at the level of craftmanship he puts in and I plan to put in the same level of detail. I live in Houston Tx so no Chimney but instead a modular AC unit and some insulation to keep cool. I'll be able to put in a full days work non stop. Thanks of reading and I'll post updates soon.

Yes. Is that common? They put down the epoxy first day, the next day they laid down the two clear coats.

concrete in the outside area might be full of air and outgas bubbles as the day time temps increase. Garage floors usually - 'de gassed' (packed down sort of) during application, Rare in outside areas and in DIY projects like barns, sheds, workshops etc.
