Got the land bought, set up a 12x24 wooden floor building for Kubota and marked out the site for the new 72x42 shop. We are looking at one of two choices, a Morton or an Amish builder company. Will have at lest 2 lifts for my hotrods.

The land has a slight downhill slope. The shop will go in before the house by 18 months to 2 years. House is going on top of hill.

Question:
Should I have the ground leveled by a pro or do it myself? Have a BX and M Kubota both with box scrappers and buckets.

I owned & operated an excavating business for 15 years. I would hire a pro to get the dirt moved & compacted right. Ask to see some of their work & visit a job site they are working on.
I have a Morton 54x90 pole building. I would use them in a heart beat again. 6 days to set poles & frame & enclose building. Only 3 workers the whole time.
