Getting ready for a new floor

So I'm getting ready to pour a floor and just looking for anyone's input about considerations for future use.

The garage is going to be 24'x30' with a 16'x10' door on the front.

I'm provisioning for a future hoist by pouring 6'' pads and the rest of the floor 4''

I considered installing pex for heat but am leaning away from that due to the costs of installation.

I'm also planning on installing pull pots.

Definitely going to insulate the floor and use metal reinforcement.

It's going to be slopped towards the door so I'm going to ask the inspector if a floor drain is even required.

Plumbing for a 2 piece is covered.

Other than sealing the concrete I wouldn't do anything to the floor. You know, some of the floors I see really look nice but for what I do in the garage they wouldn't look nice very long, weld, grind, paint, spill stuff, drop stuff, sometimes heavy stuff. For heat I have a 220 electric heater that hangs from the ceiling, it's not very big but it will get it pretty toasty even when it's 10 degrees outside. Got it at Grainger, I think it was around 200 bucks. you can get different sizes depending on your needs. No open flame and simple, I just go out and turn it on about half an hour before I'm going to go out. If you were going to keep a shop heated all the time there are probably cheaper ways to go but for occasional use you can't beat it.
