New guy here. Im an HVAC tech from Delaware. I live in a 2 story colonial on a corner lot in an old neighborhood. My house is from 1941. I have an attached 2 car garage with a large office above it, and Im getting ready to break ground next week to add a 16X26 addition. I wanted to go bigger but I can not because Im on a corner and there are a lot more rules for me
