Just did the registration and am now a member of this fine community.
I'm planning on building a small house and an even smaller garage. I am now going through the septic approval right now. What a pain in the ***. I hit bedrock at 3.5 feet and apparently that is no good. I'm talking it out with a contractor now to see if we can come up with a plan that wont cost me a fortune and an engineer will stamp it.

f the septic can be done, I will build the garage first. 16x24 with a storage loft.
