MEMBER EMERITUS
Beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Today, we rearranged the "inventory"...hehehehe
Moved a couple of the Midgets into the finished 'Midget Room' - here's a photo (they both have their factory hardtops in place) even though they're still covered with construction dust...I have lots of work to do but am at least I'm getting closer.
The walls are 4' corrugated tin under 2' of white pegboard with washed white paneling over that.
...& here's the side of the 'Midget Room' that the photo didn't show (yes, I know the work bench is messy - I've been piling stuff on it during construction...but at least now I can get to it!). From right to left is a work bench, parts washer, and sand blast cabinet.
...&, my '69 MGC GT is finally inside (in the main showroom) with the other MG's!
...Now I can start working on the 'Center Room' that's just in front of the 'Midget Room' & that connects the 'Midget Room' to the 'Main Showroom' (you see part of it in the first photo)...it'll eventually hold my '63 Midget, my '53 TD, & my motorcycle!
I might just make my New Year's resolution to finish the MG GarageMahal this year!
You an follow along with my project at http://www.theautoist.com/garage-mahal.htm[/img]. Its not perfect, but I'm doing everything myself!
