One more question: is there some reason you filled this panel up with breakers? Just had them so figured might as well fill it up? I have left mine without filling up the slots, just add breakers as needed and knock out the dead front when I add a breaker.

All the KO's were removed from the deadfront,I had the breakers so they were used, the 2-pole breakers are intended for future circuits, one of them has been used for a new toy since the pic was taken. :)

thats sweet. I love those disconnect / pin and sleeve receptacle combos.

Why is the breaker there in the first place? I am sure he has a proper breaker on the other end of that line in the main panel. Is there a code need for the breaker here because the main is in another building or is the backfed breaker here for convenience?
Often backfed breakers are used for a simple off switch, even though they're not really 100% necessary.
