I have four outside slabs that are broom finished that I applied a densifier and ghostshield 8505 to. This was completed about a month ago waiting 12 days between different products. I now have stains from leaves that got wet and were sitting on the slabs. Also when I sweep the slabs I’m getting concrete dust. I thought the densifier and ghostshield would prevent this from happening. I’m not very impressed. Both products are pricy and I feel it was a wasted couple hundred bucks. Will these stains wash off in spring (too cold now) or do I need to wire brush? Any advice appreciated. Can I go over these with a different product?

Good Morning,

A densifier is not going to fix bad concrete. It's going to help, but I am wondering if you don't have something else going on here. I would like to help you through some troubleshooting, but I am going to need some more information. Please email me at [email protected] . I will reply and cc the manufacturer as well.
