I did my garage with ghost shield after I had applied the TL 37 densifier. For what ever reason I used about half of what the directions on both products said I would need. I used a sprayer to do both applications. On my 28x40 garage I used 2.5 gallons of densifier and only 4 gallons of the ghostshield concentrate mix. The directions on the ghost shield said two coats of ghostshield would need about 8 gallons to cover that much. I don't know why it wouldn't take more than that, I followed the directions and didn't skimp. The floor just didn't want to soak anymore up of either one. The ghostshield appears to work right, water beads up and a puddle will sit for more than a day if I don't have the doors open or air movement. Anyway I have 1 gallon of concentrate that hasn't been opened and 1 gallon left over of mixed up concentrate so that would make six gallons of ghostshield for someone. I bought it all last November so I can't return st this point. Is anyone interested in it?
