We used to have a calibrated one 14 feet long in our research lab. It had hand prints drawn in a couple of locations with weight range callouts. To get the proper torque on some bolts, it required two people of sufficient size, to hang off of it.
We couldn’t afford even a used Sweeney at that time in our university budget.
