GIDDAY ALL,
Joined today and thought I had best intro myself as a matter of good manners. Livin' and Lovin' in a suburb of Melbourne Australia and a long time rodder and builder of same for more years than I wish to admit to (now approaching retirement) and looking forward to working on my own instead of someone elses. Love all utes and US pickups pre '65, along with A Model Roadsters, Lakesters, COLD BEER and Salt Lakes, Juke Boxes and Rock n Roll. Will be commencing building my dream garage and shop soon and was inspired by some of the creations that appear on this site, only hope that mine turns out to be half as good as some i've seen. Currently have a 28 hundred square foot workshop but after retirement then that will be sold as it will not be anywhere near where we intend living. So we have the land our dream house has been commenced and now the "Boss" is allowing me to get on with the "shop".

Haven't worked on a Morris for a number of years, in fact have to go back 25-30 years to the last time I had one in the shop. I am building a Anglia Ute from 48 with a 302 Windsor in it for the "Boss". I have a Av8 Lakester styled alloy bodied roadster that I am in the midst of building and need to finish it and the Anglia off before I close the business in late December/January. After 51 years of beating metal for a living I need some time for my wife and my hobby. Had a look at Kiwi Kev's backyard its really something...cheers Mate
