Yes, it`s a bit confusing. I`m a New Zealander, but I have been living in the USA for over 25 years now. I`m a self employed Hot Rod builder, Metal Crafter and Fabricator. I live just out of Vancouver, Washington, and work out of my cramped 36x24 backyard Shop. Almost nine years mow. I`m married with one of each, and my son is currently serving his country in the USAF, soon to transfer to Travis AFB in California to be C17 Aircrew. My daughter is a sophomore in High School, and I come to this board via the HAMB/Jalopy Journal, where I have been a member under various Kiwi Tin names for over 10 years now. I`d like to quietly sneak in and see how you all have built and solved your Space/storage /work conundrums, and, if I get brave, post a little on my Chaotic Garage life as well. Oh, by the way....I`ve been an Attendee/Racer/Tech Inspector at Speed week at the Bonneville Salt Flats for 30 years now....my original reason for coming (and staying) in this country. Met my wife here...but she is direct from Ireland. we met in the middle, so to speak. And yes, she has had only one cleanup day in my Shop--and has left me to my own devices! Maybe that is why the place looks like a bomb went off ....but I still think I know where everything is........Maybe....
