Its a torque multiplier made specifically for lug nuts. If it has tight tolerances it might work well providing the anchor arm has clearance of the wheel (center caps and such). I had a truck which had 140 ft/lb lug nuts so I carried a torque multiplier in case I had a flat. If that Saker is loose, like any bad lug wrench, then it will be frustrating. Someone has probably reviewed it online somewhere.

I think it is a gimmick that's more heavy than what it is worth. Probably even end up scratching some nice rims with that awkward thing, and I expect the gears are all dry and crunchy inside.

Extendable breaker bar is cheaper, takes less space, is lighter, and will not fail. Or if going very cheap, a short breaker bar and a cheater pipe. For normal cars it should really only be 80-90 ft lb, and most people can easily do that with a regular 10" lever (standard 1/2" ratchet). At same force on a 20" breaker bar, you're looking at near 200 ft lb...

Heavy equipment is a different matter. But then you get professional torque multipliers for that. Those work great but are very expensive...

Even cheaper....... I use the lug wrench that came with the vehicle and a gas pipe as the force multiplier.

What's gimmicky about it? There are a lot of these out there. This in particular looks weak tho. They tend to be a lot meatier.
