Ginder identification?

Hi,

picked up this grinder recently and can't identify it. Could this be a Baldor? The casings around the wheels are integral to the motor which I thought was kind of unusual and might also help to identify it. The paint on the plaque has worn off but there are a few numbers stamped you can still see.

Who knows what brand this is?

If you are lucky, Taiwanese Baldor clone. Chinese clone; you never know.
