I requested a new Wright catalogue and inquired about some tools. Today in the mail I received their brand new catalogue and a very nice hand written letter thanking me for my support and letting me know they will be happy to help anyway they can with warranty, orders, questions etc. paid the $ 15.00 postage too.

All I can say is WOW! Who takes the time to hand write a letter thanking their customers? Apparently Wright tool company. I have acquired quite a few of their tools and am most pleased with them. Absolutely second to none. Sockets, wrenches, ratchets. But customer service is absolutely unlike I have ever experienced. So hats off to them.

I have several Wright ratchets, and some sockets. I'm very happy with them. I have never dealt with the company directly. It's good to hear they are responsive.

That's great. the best part about a company is their cs. It can make it break a company. I had an issue with Ingersoll Rand and Ihad a fb discussion with them. Very nice people.

I've got a thread somewhere about a very pleasant warranty experience with Wright after purchasing some brand new sockets and one of them having a chrome flaw. They sent a brand new one out in the mail ASAP.

I really love my wright grip wrenches. They're really phenomenally good value and quality.

I'm a little less of a fan of my wright ratchets, only because as roundhead ratchets their a bit taller then some of my Pear head ratchets and in close quarter automotive work, there have been times that style of ratchet just won't fit but a pear head will. I was also raised with pear head ratchets so theres probably some innate childhood preference there too.

Regardless, Wright is a fantastic company, and I always try to look to their tool offerings first when I'm adding new tools. Glad to support an American company with American steel making great tools with great service.

Great tool company. I have two of there 3/8 ratchets in a small 1/4 like handle. The 3430 is about 4 1/2 " long and the small flex one 3440 is 5 1/2" both single pawl 45 tooth for low torque application.

I dont have any experience with 3rd party sellers and warrantying wright tools. I've gone direct to Wright.

If you have a tool failure, I'd just call Wright. Explain the issue, and I'm sure they'll resolve it.

I concur. I inquired a while back about some things, and also thanked them for making quality tools in the U.S. They sent me a hand written thank you card, I got a Wright catalog, and a Wright hat. Super great quality company.

I absolutely love my Wright tools and I bought duplicate sets to augment my Snap-Ons. I finding myself reaching over the trusted SO's I have owned forever and grabbing the Wright as my "go to" tools. Like most of you, I have an arsenal of ratchets from a few companies and I rank Wright equal to the very finest. The Wright screw drivers and nut drivers are equally pleasing and visually appealing. They bring color to your box. I shop online for mine and surf for the better deal from good vendors. 100% satsified Wright customer. I haven't broken one yet and don't know if I am strong enough to break one.

While I concur that Wright stuff is generally darn good and USA made, be careful, not everything is manufactured by Wright. For example, the small ignition wrench sets are not manufactured by Wright. I had an issue with one of those wrench sets, Wright customer service was not very helpful and it took a long time to resolve.
