If I could get rid of the shimmy and wobble of the whole box I would be content with it.

When you say "caster", are you referring to the drawer slides, or the wheel assemblies on the bottom of the box?

.

The wheel assemblies on the bottom of the box. When the box wobbles when I shut the doors the casters squeek until the box stops moving.

All i was trying to say was that if they are not willing to help him out then raise a stink about it and by the way i was NOT telling him to stop paying for the box. And i think the op never said he doesn't want to pay for what he bought. Buyers remorse or not he is not satisfied with the product any company with any respect for the customer will try to make it right

No problem with that I just wouldn't leap to the suggestion of making threats. If there is a legitimate problem its always worth taking the high road first before resorting to threatening them with slander on the internet. Like I said the 5S series is not junk.

Would a new set of casters and new drawer slides solve the problem, or do you think the box has major structural issues?

is it your floor? my box did the same thing and would move even with the wheels locked. i moved to a different stall and never noticed it again, also noticed my cart does the same thing when working around that stall.

i just read your post. i had a similar experience with SO. i ordered a box in feb.
took about 2 months or so. box finally arrived and it had blemishes on the paint (white box). i told the dealer i didnt want it and he was fine with my decision. second white box got here and same problem but not has bad. told the dealer to send me a blue box or send me a free white locker, they ended up giving me the locker. this was my deal if i was paying top dollar for a box i was expecting a top dollar box without any defects. when i ordered my box from SO i didnt sign a contract until the box arrived so when the first box arrived i didnt have a problem saying no. the only thing that i think you screwed up was putting your tools in it i would of left it were ever it got delivered and told the dealer to take it back. if i was you i would take my tools out of it and tell the rep of the problems that it has and tell him you want another box.
