Gladiator Mounting Options- Alternatives?

I'm fully committed to this system and love it. But I want to mount so much more than the limited hooks/hangars allow- fire extinguishers, speakers, etc... I'd also like to use other system's accessories.

Anyone know of any tricks or websites with tricks?

I found Matts Garage Blog which is mostly Matt posting the great deals he's gotten. He does mention Home Depot's Securelock/Versatrack Universal Mounting System components but I cannot find those anywhere. Any ideas? Anyone modding this system at all to gain more flexibility??

I purchased some husky mounts that allow me to hang other items on the gearwall.

I've used the Craftsman system cam lock mounting brackets on my Whirlpool Gladiator wall boards, and they stay put better than the Gladiator hooks.

I actually purchased my first set locally. When they got hard to find around me I located a bunch in Canada and had a buddy mail me a bunch. Let me see what I have left and I’ll let you know if I can spare any.
