Sears is having another 50% off the Gladiator Premier 30" Wall Cabinet. In past times the MSRP was $199 making the 50% off price $99. Unfortunately the MSRP is now $239 making the sale at $119 so I'm not sure we will ever see the $99 price point again.

Add the coupon code VALPAK5 at check out and you will get an extra $5 off making the final price $114.99 plus tax.

Even though it is now priced higher even on the 50% off sale I still think its a good deal considering Lowes sells it for $210, Amazon for about $224 and Sears usually around $150-$170 with their normal Gladiator sales.

Do these go on sale very often? It sounds like it might be a good idea to pick up local if you can. Based upon some of the reviews, shipping damage seems somewhat common.

Store pickup is an option fyi.

The last time it was on a deep sale like this was the first week of May and it was
50% off, that was when the MSRP was still $199 making the sale price $99. Other than that it is usually always on sale for about $150-$170 during normal Gladiator Sears sales.

As for the shipping, I have always bought online and selected in store pick up just to verify no damage. It will save you a lot of time, believe me.

some times they come damaged from the factory... i mean, the box and packaging you will see no issues... then unpack it and you see a big old dent in the sheet metal. i've had this happen 3 times out of the 8 times i bought Gladiator cabinets. if you read other reviews, you'll find similar stories, so they are not doing something right at the factory.

that said, it's not a HUGE deal... i called up Sears, they offered me $20 off to keep it and i pounded the dent out with my hammer/dolly; looks like new.

These things are still on sale. I went to Sears yesterday to pick up some jumper cables, which is another story, and checked out these cabinets. I can't imagine paying suggested retail, or anywhere close. For 50% off, they might not be bad. It's also kinda cool the way you can move them around on the Gladiator mounting tracks.

It looks like they also have some new Gladiator stacked shelving, which looked very similar, if not almost identical, to the heavy duty Edsal shelving with the wire mesh shelves that is available at Lowes and Home Depot.

:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: you just saved me $70 :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I needed 10 of these.. I split into two orders of 5 each. Used the code on both, plus I used the rewards points from the first order against the second order.
Got another $10+ off that way..

Now I have my cabinets coming and I don't have to wait for the $99.99 deal that may never materialize again...

:beer: special thanks to Tater here on the forum as he worked to try and get us a deal through Sears bur gave me a heads up to this sale... :beer:

For those wanting a nice complete set the tall boxes, the welded ones, are also excellent. 5" casters on them make them really smooth to move around. All the welded stuff, as of recent, is made in Ohio IIRC.

Remember to go thru ebates and get additional money off. I ended up getting those tall boxes for around $230 + tax IIRC. Sweet deal.

I think the sale runs all week. I agree, suggested retail is highway robbery, but at $114.99 I had to jump and picked up two. I missed out on the last sale in early May at $99 so I've been waiting for a deal like this since then.
