Gladiator Sink

Ripped out the water heater in the garage and replaced with tankless.. Decided I needed a sink in the old space. One gladiator cabinet, a drop in utility sink, and a sump pump to push the water up to a nearby laundry drain stack.. and were in business. Not bad for a first time garage hack if i do say so myself. Not exactly code legal, (no vent) but good enough for me for a garage

to clarify no drain vent... The hot water heater has a vent to outside
