Much of the automotive plastics, are stuff like PPL and are very hard to glue without very expensive stuff but they can be welded. Again, the cost of a decent plastic welder, air or airless, will cost more than the liner. You would have to figure out which plastic it is by looking for the recycle symbol or calling the manufacturer. I have repaired similar stuff like a car splash guard.

Thanks for the replies.

I cut up a liner a while back for other reasons and am finding uses for some of the left overs.

Thought if I could glue it to make different pieces or angles it would be helpful.

I did bend a piece to hold my hidden winch hook though.

Heat staples with a torch.
Push them through undersized pre-drilled holes.

Or.
Aquire the talent to do it without predrilling.
It requires a bit of time and maybe a vise grip whacked up to hold the staple.
A magnet is involved and the vise grip can clinch the staple.

Your original question was so badly thought out I hesitated to answer.

I haven't.

Would that harden up and keep the parts from moving once cured?

Why do you want those moisture trapping things? Ever look under one that has been on the truck over 5 years? More bed damage than if the bed was unprotected.

The acceptable compromise is a bed mat.

I try not to derail threads too often, but this is one thing that I need to share.

Forgive me.
