Im not really sure how big these are, but they seem to be around 6kw. These things will run for like three days on 30 gallons of diesel though. It would be good for a hurricane situation for sure. Already in wheels, so you just tow it where you need it. Do they come bigger than 6kw though?

6 KW is the largest one I'v seen.

6KW will power the majority of a house including a well pump that's 2HP or less. It'll power about 2 tons of A/C but not much more. If you have an electric water heater, you'll need to watch the other loads when it is on, they are usually 4500 watts.

Wonder if it will do a well pump and tankless water heater at the same time to take a shower

I run my laptop and our TV on our old Honda non inverter generator but I wait for power to come back to run the desktop.

Three days run is stretch as we only get about 2 days run time when they are used for more than just running the lights. If you are wanting a backup generator I suggest getting a backup generator or portable. While light plants are on wheels they are large and have to be stored and leaving them outside unused long term is not good as you will get rodent and stinging insects creating a habitat in it. A 6500 watt portable can be easily be stored in a shed or under a bench or shelves, mine sits under the stairs.

Is the power they produce clean enough to run a computer and tv?
Diesel so 1800 rpm probably non-inverter. I've never had a problem with a TV or modern laptop (AC to DC converter). UPS' are picky about power... Probably as "clean" as any other small house generator, maybe a little more so as diesel motors tend to have heavier rotating parts.

To the best of my recollection, my 13 horse Harbor Freight Greyhound engine, a "Chonda", Chinese clone of a Honda, can make an honest 6 KW.
It spins a 10KW Peak Rated Harbor Freight Alternator, and burns High Test Gasoline.
If i remember correctly, It takes 2 engine Horsepower to make an honest Kilowatt.
