Fantastic job on the wrap, but … Americans are kinda weird.

What's weird?

Here I found the french version of the toolbox

Using a national flag as a fetish object, an icon of worship, or decoration. And to turn a flag into all of those things at once is weirder still.

Don’t worry, I have great respect for America despite the threadbare jokes about France above. (I’m not French, of course.) It’s the nationalistic bent that bothers me. But only slightly and it’s a free country, I hear, so carry right on!

Seems unlikely, as there is no Fleur-de-lis anywhere on that box. It needs at least 18 - 20 on the outside to be French,

....and the drawer liners need to be

The ******** would salute each time they get a tool out, and lead the shop in the pledge every morning.

It’s okay, he has 2.

I have half as many drawers and I must own twenty 10MM sockets, so he will definitely have more than two........

The great thing about America is that you can do something like what the OP did and feel proud about it, while another American can think it is stupid, yet neither of them are wrong and neither of them are going to get into trouble for it.
