I can't speak for the knock off's, but the actual GoJak brank dollies are EXCELLENT! It took me about a year of watching craigslist to get a set of 4 at a decent price. I think I'm into my set of 4 for $175.00. Now I'm looking at getting the stand. They take up a lot of space sitting on the floor.

How heavy a car are you putting on them? I know someone who used the Harbor Fright ones under a Ford Crown Victoria and they collapsed under the weight (approx. 4,000 lbs). If you can afford them, get the real GoJak ones, they'll hold up much better (my buddy uses them at his shop and has never had one fail).

I move full size GM RWD station wagons with them. Mine are rated at 1500lbs each.

No, they are from Canadian Tire. Wouldn't be surprised if they are the same as HF, though.

Canadian Tire positioning jacks

Have a look at the specs and compare to HF. They list for $199/pair, but they go on sale for 60% off (and that's when I bought). They work great.
